For lunch, I resorted to my favorite comfort food lunch ~ pb&j on a toasted english muffin with some wheat crackers & half of my banana from this morning… I love making pb&j at home because I toast the wheat muffin and then the peanut butter literally melts all over it… YUM… I came up with a new combo of slicing my banana really thin and eating it on top of the wheat cracker, it was really good… After lunch, I hit the gym with my brother… I got about 32 minutes in on the treadmill doing intervals and then did about 30-35 minutes of weights (focused on biceps, triceps, shoulders, back, abs, and one leg machine)… it was a great workout… Now I have to clean my room a bit and hop in the shower so I can get some work done on this paper… Wish me luck!
