Mmmm

For my mini dinner, I had my “standard” since I have been craving PB&J since the last time I’ve had it which I think was Wednesday?   I toasted my wheat bread, smeared on some pb & j and then popped it in the microwave for an extra 10 seconds just so it was warm… Then I also had a cup of Yogi Green Tea… I loved the quote on the tea bag “nothing is more important than your self”… I think we all need to keep that in consideration during our day, especially when we are running around, crazy-busy… We all need to listen to our self and ensure that we are taking care of our self… I’m not saying being selfish, but I think we often live each day running from one thing to the next without realizing the big picture… I know that I am 100% guilty of this… I think if I start focusing on my self as a whole, that the eating/exercise thing might naturally fall into place… Ok enough of Lindsay’s perspective 101… Night ya’ll!

    pb&j is my ultimate go-to. always satisfying and amazing. have you ever made pb&j oatmeal?? uh-huh…amazing.

    Betsy ~ Oooo, I have never added the “j” to my oatmeal before!!! I will have to try that for tomorrow’s breakfast! Any tips?

    Romina ~ It’s so good isn’t it? I need to branch out into other varieties though, I’ve been hooked on the antioxidant green tea!
