Sunday Loungin’

April 13, 2008

Today was a really nice, relaxing, & productive day! I can’t get over how much stuff I have gotten done, although I still have more to do, oh well!

It was a little chilly today and windy, too… It looks like we aren’t returning to the 70′s until Wednesday or so, but that is fine with me, I’ll take what I can get… I briefly attempted to eat my lunch outside but then realized the temperature so that idea went out the window…

For lunch I had pb & sliced banana on a mini wheat bagel with two mini clementines… I was craving peanut butter, so this did the trick!

I pretty much spent the hours in between lunch and dinner working on my Starbucks presentation for school this week… I got all my notes together and I think I am set! Dinner was BREAKFAST, but not oats hehe… We had eggs, sausage, and roasted potatoes & green peppers (they were delish!)…

Now I am off to start doing some work for my other class and then watch the Big Give w/ my parents… love this show :) I also think I’m going to have some kind of dessert, but not sure what yet… I have a lot of fruit here now, so I might dig into some melon!

Ok, so I decided to go w/ the melon for “dessert”… it was delish!

PB& Banana is one of my favorite snacks. =) They’re meant to be together.

What a lovely, relaxing day you’ve had!! I love how simple, yet DIVINE, your lunch is :0)

Enjoy watching ‘The Big Give’!! My parents and I watch that show too, haha.

The melon would for sure be a refreshing treat for dessert – and there’s always Larabars to choose from ;0)

Romina ~ I just love the combo… it’s an instant dessert or meal, so versatile!

VeggieGirl ~ Thanks! I had been craving pb & banana for the last several days hehe… It’s a great show, isn’t it? I can’t wait to see who will win :) Ahh, how could I forget about Larabars!! I’m trying to “save” my reserves LOL!!

Betsy ~ I can’t get over how juicy & delicious they are, considering that I’ve had some bad experiences (dry inside!) with clementines in the last few months… I hope they stay this way!

cara ~ Glad to hear it, its always good if you can be productive & relax at the same time… I hope your work week is not too crazy!

I LOVE having breakfast for dinner! Scrambled tofu and toast is one my favorite go-to meals. If you ever get sick of eggs, you should give it a try!
