Manic Monday
Hi Everyone ~ Happy Monday to you all…
I apologize in advance but today is going to be a crazy, busy day… Plus I will not have access to a computer from 6am until 6:30pm, so there will be (gasp!) no posts until tonight! I have to attend an off-site meeting for work, which food will be provided, which also means no lunch pictures… so I will do my best to eat healthy (and avoid all sweets!) and I promise I will blog about it later…
I am going to be eating my breakfast at work, but I did take a picture of it un-prepared, so I will post it later tonight… I packed oats with trail mix nuts, half a sliced banana, a handful of chopped strawberries, and 1/2 cup of fiber one… Sorry for the unappetizing picture, but this just goes to show you that you can eat healthy on-the-run… I’m hoping this keeps me fueled all morning because I’m not sure when I will get to eat lunch! My packed mid-pm snack is the other half of my Cliff bar from Saturday…

Wow that’s a long time to be away from the computer! I would feel so crippled :p But at least you get free food!
And I love what you had for breakfast–I’ve been at a loss for ideas lately

I am having something very similar today at work. haha. Oatmeal with banana, trail mix and flax seed.
The title of your post made me think of that song from the 50s or something… it goes, “It’s just another manic Monday (daaa, da, daaaa), I wish it were Sunday (daaa, da, daaa).” Okay, I’m done, haha :0D
No worries about not posting much today – life gets busy (especially with work and such!). Best of luck with the meeting!!
