Chilly Start
This morning was off to a chilly start; however, it is supposed to get into the 60′s by mid-morning, so I am excited about that… I also heard we might hit 80 on Friday!! This weather is so wacky… one minute it’s 40 another it’s 80…
I started out the morning with oatmeal, sliced almonds, strawberries, & flax… also had coffee on the side… I think this oatmeal combination is quickly becoming one of my favorites… I think it may be because I LOVE strawberries (always have since I was a kid), so adding them to oatmeal feels like a treat! I think the key is to slice them up really tiny so you get a bite of strawberry in every bite 
Ok, well now I am off to go start the fun work day… I packed half a banana sandwich (leftover from yesterday), well not really a sandwich, but i sliced it in half and smeared some pb in between… This will be my mid-am snack (probably around 9am)… sorry for the unappealing picture, I stuck it in the bag before I snapped the big and the pb got all over it 
I have a walk planned before lunch (I finally packed sneakers to keep at my desk at work!), so that should be a nice way to break up the day

I hate wacky weather. Yuck! We had sun, rain and snow in 2 hours yesterday…. bleh.
80′s by Friday?? Nice!! Enjoy your walk before lunch. =)

Plus, I am a firm believer that the vitamin D makes any ailment go away! (NOT SITTING IN THE SUN… That certainly does the opposite! But merely having the sunlight shining!)

Julz ~ It’s lovely out, isn’t it?? I agree about Vitamin D ALSO! I love how we have the same philosophies… I hope you have a great Tuesday & good luck w/ preparing for Passover! We will def have to plan a get together once things settle down
