Hitting The Road
Well, I can’t believe the day is finally here, we are off to Cooperstown for the weekend… It feels like we booked this trip so long ago 
I started out the morning with a breakfast that will hopefully keep me fueled for a couple hours… oats with 4 pecan halves and 1/3 cup of the Chocolate Honey Bunches of Oats cereal… Bill had just bought this and wanted me to try it (being as how I love chocolate!)… it was pretty good and provided a nice, sweet (but not too sweet) crunch to my oats… I also ran out and got us some coffee too… I got a 16 oz hazelnut w/ a touch of skim milk (I definitely miss not adding Almond Milk to my coffee today!)…
Ok well, we are off to hit the road… hopefully I’ll be back tonight to post (if I have internet access); if not, I will be back on Sunday! Hope you all have a fantastic weekend ~ it is the first weekend of May, after all!
