Well, my yogurt/Clif Z bar combo was not as good as I anticipated… I did dip the brownie bar into the yogurt, but wasn’t 100% impressed, so I ate them separately… oh well, it was worth a shot…
Dinner tonight was simple, but delicious: whole wheat pasta with romano & bruschetta – hearty, filling & healthy! I also had a side salad with a drizzle of balsamic vinagrette…

After dinner I skipped the gym and went for a 45 minute walk around the neighborhood… you can tell the weather is getting nicer and summer is almost here because the kids are all outside playing and people are out taking walks just like me!
On a side note, I can’t believe Tuesday is nearly over – woo hoo… that means a little over two days to get through until the weekend is here (which is jam packed w/ fun stuff!)!

I love simple meals. When you can taste every ingredient, you’re much more satisfied.

Oh man that looks good. I love a plate of spaghetti with sauce and cheese… isn’t it amazing how the most basic of recipes can be so darn good?!
