Oh my… why am I so hungry today… I honestly don’t know what’s going on with me today but I’m not going to fight it… I had my yogurt & kashi snack at 9am and by 9:45am, my stomach was grumbling… I had an emergency banana packed so I devoured it, but I feel as though it made me hungrier… Anyone else have similar experiences?
I decided to delve into my lunch at 11:30, despite the fact that I consumed 70 oz of water thus far, you’d think that would fill up my tummy! I had 1 cup Amy’s black bean veggie soup with a serving of Kashi (honey) crackers and two clementines…

I’m hoping this holds me over, but I’m slightly nervous it won’t because I don’t have many other options available except for tea and a mini Clif! Be back tonight post-dinner & gym!



Im with you on the “”why am I frickin STARVING some days with the same level of exercise and eating the same calories?!”
I always eat more on those days and (for me) clean protein is the way to go.
I hate days like that, especially when you don’t have much food to chose from! I often find I can’t eat fruit by itself or it makes me feel hungrier. I’m not sure wha the deal with it is – maybe the sugar in fruit? Who knows… I hope your lunch holds you over!
No worries – we all have days like that, especially when activity is increased and such. Make sure you’re drinking enough water too, since hydration is key in maintaining proper appetite signals.

I’m having those days lately, no use fighting it. =) I like to graze all day.
ive been like that too today… i don’t know why… and so similar to Romina, ive been grazing. You’ll see in my post this evening. Soo many random snacks!!
That’s funny because today I’ve been like that too. My thoughts are either because of exercising a bit more, or that time of the month, or possibly because the body is lacking in some nutrient. At any rate, we must be kept fueled!

chandra ~ I know, it’s a pain because I usually pack the same amount of food everyday but when unexpected hunger arises you are stuck… then on the other hand if i pack extra, i am tempted to eat it
