Ugh, what is going on with this awful weather… I guess I shouldn’t complain because we did have a couple of really nice days this week, but today is just plain awful… it’s flatout dark & dreary… at least it’s not cold, we are still hovering around the 60-70 degree mark… The good news is that it’s Thursday, which means only one more day until Friday! The week flew by thus far and Thursdays are no different for me because it is usually one of my craziest days at work, plus I get to have lunch with my dad to break up the day a bit…
For breakfast this morning, I wanted oatmeal but I forgot about some remaining slices of the baked oatmeal I made a little over a week ago, which was in my freezer… I had two servings of that plus a Morningstar breakfast patty & 2 small clementines… After I took the picture I decided I wanted pb, so I smeared a tbsp of it on both slices – divine!
Hopefully this will keep me well-fueled… I packed half a Cascadian Farms pb granola bar as a mid morning snack… picture & review will be posted later tonight! Bear with me on posts today being as how I’m eating lunch & dinner out tonight, so I won’t be able to post until after dinner w/ my mom

But it can’t stay like this forever so I’m sure it’ll get better and stabilize by summer time!

The day you’re having today, weather-wise, sounds like mine yesterday – I do hope that the sun comes out where you are, quite soon!!

Ugh, we had horrible thunderstorms yesterday… and I had a final exam, so it made the day even dreerier.
On the plus side, your baked oatmeal looks yummy.
