Hi Everyone
Happy Saturday to you all… Sorry this post is super short & rushed but I am very crunched for time
I started out today with half a slice of banana baked oatmeal with a smear of natural pb on… It was a great pre-workout snack that is still keeping me fueled…
I hit the gym with the intention of taking spinning but the 8am class was overfilled by the time I got there (25 mins prior!)… I was bummed but I was determined to get a good workout in… so I did 20 mins elliptical, 20 mins treadmill, and 20 mins of lower body weights and some quick abs…
Now I am going to grab the rest of my “breakfast” (TBD) and hit the road because we are heading to a family communion party about 2 hours away… I will be back tonight to post everything I ate (including breakfast)!



Banana-baked oatmeal + nut-butter = divine pre-workout snack.
Sorry that the class was filled up :0( But it sounds like you still got in a good workout!
