Energy Boost
Mid afternoon, it was the return of the Clif Z Bar… chocolate chip flavor… I haven’t had one of these in a while, ok so maybe under a week, but still… it seemed like forever!
I have been feeling so full & hungry today, probably from all my indulgences over the weekend… I can’t wait until my body de-bloats and I feel back to normal…
Dinner was pretty simple just turkey, lettuce, tomato, and dijon on a sundried tomato wrap… I needed to grab a quick dinner so I could get my butt to the gym…
I almost considered not going because I have a lot of homework to do for my online course, but I forced myself to go because I knew I’d feel better afterwards… While there, I did 30 minutes on the precor EFX… I have no idea what it is, kind of like an elliptical, except the arms don’t move… boy was that a great workout… I think because I never use that, it was definitely tougher and my body felt the burn! I also did about 25 minutes of upper body weights… I was glad I went because I felt energized and a little bit less full afterwards! Nothing like a good sweat to wake you up ha…
Now I am off to hopefully get some homework done & relax… I wanted some kind of dessert, but I’m really not hungry so I’m going to try to resist the urge… Jon & Kate is on tonight, so I’m super excited for some good tv-watching!

I’m glad that you DID go to the gym, since it definitely does make you feel better (exercise always does that for me as well); and you deserve a break from all the homework!

that bar is quite yummy! but it always makes me feel drowsy and not energetic like it should…
