This morning I was up and at em by 9am; however, my stomach was by no means ready to eat breakfast until after 12… And even at that point, I was just eating to eat! I am a huge believer in eating as soon as you rise, but today was an exception… I really believe that i was still full from last night’s dinner!
So, for my breakfast/lunch today, I decided on 1/2 cup of Nature’s Path flax granola with 1/2 cup of Kashi Go Lean and a cup of skim… I really wanted Almond Milk, but I just bought a new one and it wasn’t quite cold yet (just put it in the fridge!)… I also threw in a handful of chopped strawberries and a sprinkling of flax…
This will keep me well-fueled and energized for the big day full of cleaning & schoolwork that I have ahead of me!
