Oats Withdrawal

June 17, 2008

Good Morning ya’ll & happy Tuesday :)

This morning I woke up starving (!!!!) and knew that it was because my body was going through oats withdrawal, so I had one of my favorite combinations… strawberry pear oats… This combination included:

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup sliced strawberries
  • sliced pear
  • 1 tbsp sliced almonds
  • 1 tbsp flax & cinnamon

It was so hearty, comforting & filling, with just the right amount of sweetness to start the morning off right!

I also packed a Stonyfield Farm Key Lime Pie yogurt w/ Kashi Go Lean… I’m so looking forward to this mid-morning snack!

Have a great one!
