Pita, PB and Peach

June 17, 2008

Mmmm that yogurt was just too good this morning… I think the flavor, Key Lime Pie, is now one of my favorites… I loved the refreshing flavor!

For lunch today, I needed to pack foods that would be easy to munch on while I work, since my days have been pretty demanding… I wound up with something new… 4 mini whole wheat pitas which were filled with a bit of chunky pb & grape jelly… I loved these pitas (I can’t remember the brand name off the top of my head, but it began with a T and it wasn’t Thomas’!) because they are TOO cute and TOO fun to eat! I think I’m going to try them with hummus next! Along with that, I had a peach and a serving of Whole Grain Goldfish (there was only a serving left, so I just brought the bag with me :)

Zoomed-in:

This afternoon I’m planning on having half of a Trail Mix Honest Foods Country Square so I’ll be back w/ my thoughts in the dinner post!

Have a great one everyone :)

Those mini pitas are so cute. I love the way girls seem to love all things mini. At least I do.

Those ARE adorable! I haven’t had mini pitas in forever. But I used to love getting them and eating four at once… I think I prefer the minis to the regular size, because it feels as though you’re eating more:)

I LOVE mini pitas like that. They are so good and fresh if you microwave them for like 10 seconds. I’ve never tried them with pb + j before though, good idea!
