Last night I was looking for a desserty-snack item after the gym, and upon looking in my freezer, I forgot about these guys that I had bought several weeks back… I used to be obsessed with them last year and after discovering they make mint chocolate chip sandwiches, let’s just say it was a win-win combination, being as how I love ALL things mint chocolate chip…

I have to try the mint chocolate chip. I can’t believe I haven’t had it.
I currently am addicted to the Skinny Cow Mint Skinny Dippers. I haven’t tried the mint sandwiches. I had the plain vanilla/chocolate ones and they kind of left a weird residue on my fingers. But I am with you…anything with mint in it is bound to be amazing!!!
