Mmmmmmm… such a delicious dinner I had…
Bill and I went to an early dinner @ Macaroni Grill for a nice pre-ride dinner… Typically, the last 2 years we’ve made a pasta dinner at home, but this year we decided to go out since we had a gift card leftover from our graduation…
We started out with their amazing Italian bread & olive oil… there is no words to describe how delicious warm bread + olive oil truly is…
Then we moved on to the standard salad w/ balsamic vinegrette:
I usually always order the Skinny Chicken from MG, but tonight since I wanted/needed pasta, I ordered whole wheat penne pasta and meatballs, it felt so weird to order something so simple out but it was SOOOOO good!
Whew, I was stuffed after this, but since we ate early, I think I’ll be having dessert later, we’ll see… Now it’s off to bed to relax!

I <3 Macaroni Grille… FABOULUS SALMON! Though I haven’t been in forever… I don’t know what I’d order there now since I don’t eat Salmon much anymore, unless it’s raw (sashimi/sushi) weird, I know. Anyways, I agree that warm, soft bread and sweet olive oil = the epitome of deliciousness

Oh how I LOVE the bread at Macaroni Grill – one of my favorites, for sure! That pasta dish looks scrumptious, too!
