IT MAY JUST BE ME, and if so, I'm odd, but CHINESE FOOD STEAMED SHRIMP IS THE FREAKING BOMB!!! No, really, I'm in love with it. Something about it, I don't know what, is just so different than when I steam shrimp on my own. The flavor = perfection and they're so soft and tender! And always big :) Plus, I always adore that they never overcook/steam my broccoli! Mmm!

Sarah ~ Yeah I am not a huge fan of the sauces either, the only one I really enjoy is sweet and sour and too much of it makes me feel sick! Mine is Hodgson Mill's... and I cooked it in the microwave on full power for about 3-4 minutes (I give it a good stir about half way through) :)

Mmm! The Chinese leftovers look yummy, and I don't usually care for chinese food. The sauces and msg scare me and most dishes are meat.
I also think that after sampling other Asian cuisines (Thai, Burmese, Indian) Chinese pails in comparison.

Oh, and your strawberry cracked wheat earlier looks really good! What kind do you use, and how do you cook it?
