Munchy
After dinner I was craving something sweet so I decided to make a frutified sundae… this was about a cup (slightly more?) of Breyer’s Neopolitan topped with fresh strawberries and blueberries… After I served everything, I stuck it in the freezer for a couple of minutes which make the fruit turn slightly frosty and delicious!
All mixed up, mid-spoonful view:
Shortly after I really got the munchies, so I snacked on some banana chips (ahhh no picture – it was an impulse eat!) and then munched on some Tostitos Scoops uncontrollably, which was weird b/c I’m not normally a big chip eater…
Now it’s off to bed since I have spinning early in the am… my hands are slightly sore because I don’t think I’ve ever tied that many bows in one night haha…

ah, you’ve got some carbs to go off of for tomorrow morning’s spinning now! I get this way too, especially at night, I just need to *CRUNCH!*
what a delicious-looking sundae!
i’m not a big chip-eater either, but sometimes you just need some! maybe it’s the salty??
have fun spinning tomorrow!!
that is a great looking sundae! fresh fruit with ice cream is always so goooood!
have fun spinning tomorrow!
Love that ice cream bowl! And seeing that you’re going to spinning tomorrow morning reminded me that I must sleep soon! Thanks for motivating me to get up early too !
Great idea, freezing the fruit for a little bit!
I tried your French Toast Oats! They were so yummy! It was like a sweet, healthy and filling treat first thing in the morning
Thank you for sharing your recipe! (Oh, and the ice cream sundae looks great too!)
I like your idea of sticking the sundae back in the freezer for frosty fruit!
Spin some for me please.
It was microwave popcorn up in herre last night and I’m all kinds of water retaining
gorgeous little dessert!
I love your frutified sundae idea – looks very patriotic, haha (yes, I know, I’m weird for observing that).
Have fun at spinning!!
That ice cream looks great!
