All Of The Food Groups?

My lunch spread consisted of a Thomas’ ww english muffin topped with a ton of baby spinach leaves, 3 slices of lean turkey breast lunchmeat, a handful of baby carrots, one of my soon-to-be expired Jell-O rice pudding snacks, and 2/3 cup of fresh blueberries… I think I might just have covered most of the food groups in this lunch: fruit, lean meat, whole grains, veggies, dairy?

My question to you all is: If I eat enough blueberries, do you think I will turn blue? I’m sure that would a nice look for our engagement photos on Saturday, since our color theme is blue & white ~ hahahaha! JUST KIDDING, of course :D

Tonight is Kickboxing night and I’m hoping to get there early to do my own abs workout before the class so I can leave 10 mins early (when she does abs), because I have a lot of stuff to get done tonight! We shall see!

    Haha, I don’t think you’ll turn blue; but hey, the Smurfs were blue, and they were pretty cool!! :0D

    Hurray for meeting all the food groups – that is quite an accomplishment!

    I wish fruits could make us all change colors ;)

    Lunch looks great! As to the blueberries, don’t know, but I’ve got to share: in the summer I eat so many mangoes that my skin actually gets tinged orange! Its true… I’ve heard that it happens with too many carrots and sweet potatoes too….
    Hey, in my book, going for all that sweet, delicious produce is well worth it :-D The blueberries have been amazing this year.

    I tried this Chocolate Chip Clif bar last night for the first time…I’d never had a Clif before and it definitely didn’t disappoint! :)
