Red pepper and eggplant.... sounds amazing. I love broccoli rabe too, but would never think to pair it with the classic eggplant/pepper combo... .hum... was it overpowering?

Yum- that wrap looks so yummy! The last time I went to Citizens Bank Park, I almost went to Planet Hoagie because all of their sandwiches sounded soooo good, but I ended up going to Rick's (I think it's right next door to Planet Hoagie) and got a vegetarian cheesesteak with TVP, provolone, peppers, and onions... it was amazing! I love that they offer so many healthy options at CBP!

GO PHILS! Too bad they lost today. :-(

You always make me nostalgic for my days in Philly. I went there when it first opened. It was such a nice new park with tons of food options. Glad you had fun.
