BSI: Pumpkin Pie French Toast by Melissa
2 servings, 2 pieces each
Ingredients:
4 pcs bread (any type you want)
2 eggs
2/3C pumpkin puree
1/4C milk
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp cinnamon
Set bread aside.
Whisk all other ingredients together.
Dip the bread in the pumpkin mixture and cook on griddle for 3-4 minutes on each side.
Serve w/ spread or maple syrup!
