Cheesecake & Veggies
Dinner last night at the Cheesecake Factory was so much fun! It was so nice to catch up with my old roomies especially since the last time we all got together was at December’s cookie party! We definitely can’t let it go that long next time
My one old roomie brought her almost 1 year old Tommy, he was such a cutie and had fun hanging out with the girls!
For dinner, I ordered my favorite sandwich at Cheesecake Factory ~ the incredible grilled eggplant sandwich. I ate about half… it was so good! I probably could have eaten the whole thing, but I wanted to look forward to savoring it for lunch the next day!

Dutch Apple Cheesecake that I brought home for Bill… he left me part of it which I enjoyed immensely while watching The Office & 30 Rock!

GORRRRGEOUS cheesecake.
Hooray for ‘The Office’!!
HAPPY FRIDAY!!

I’ve never eaten at a Cheesecake Factory. I can’t deal with the wait to get in!
I ate at the Cheesecake Factory once and it was so good! The portions are huge, so I think next time I’ll remember to order something small.

Hey Lindsay, Happy Friday!
I love the Cheesecake Factory! Whenever I look up their menu online, I always see the Incredible Eggplant Sandwich, but when I go to my local restaurant, they never have it on their menu! Sadness!! It looks so delicious!
Their cheesecake is OUT OF THIS WORLD. I get a slice every time I got (rarely) and eat the whole thing, no regrets! I hope you enjoyed yours!!
Michelle
Oh my gosh, I’m drooling over that apple cheesecake. We haven’t been to Cheesecake Factory in FOREVER… maybe it’s time for a trip?
We don’t have a Cheesecake Factory where I live- when I come to the US I am making a stop there for sure! Looks tasty.
I have NEVER been to the Cheesecake Factory, and in all honesty, I’m a little afraid
I’ve never been there! Crazy! That looks so good!
ohhh..that sandwich is so good. and that dessert! divine!!!
i loved their adams peanut butter fudge but its the only one I end up getting everytime i go because I love it so much. It’s about 1000 calories for that one slice but it’s definitely an example of sometimes , something being worth it!
That apple one looks delicious! So did your sammy! I love catching up with old friends too!
I was so happy to see that someone else loves the cheesecake factory as much as I do. That eggplant sandwhich looks bomb. I realize how big the portions are but I love it because I can always save my food for later. If you like spicy food you need to try the Louisiana Chicken Pasta, this dish is the best thing I have ever eaten in my life. Its a mix of spicy, salty and delicous. In the menu it is written as
armesan Crusted Chicken Cutlets Served Over Pasta Tossed with Mushrooms, Peppers and Onions in a Spicy New Orleans Style Sauce. Your mouth will melt with this bow tie pasta. The best part of this pasta is when you get a penne piece in the mix. It is sooooo good I can’t even explain. Please go try this masterpiece you will not be dissapointed. Make sure to dip your bread in the sauce.
