On A Mission
My day started out with a giant mug of coffee because I was determined to be SUPER productive today (and I was!!!)…

After I drank my coffee, I proceeded to have a lighter breakfast than normal and started with a sliced orange and strawberries… perfect for a spring breakfast!

Then I toasted up two slices of rye bread and smeared some Skippy Natural on top!

At this point, I was full and headed out to Target to pick up lots of little things that I realized we needed as well as a set of four phones. We didn’t have a house phone before but we signed up for the Comcast Triple Play package so we’re taking advantage of the VOIP package so now we have a real phone number instead of us just using our cell phones…
When I got back from my marathon Target trip (and buying lots of things that we probably truely DON’T need, but no worries I didn’t go overboard like I usually do!), it was time for lunch… it consisted of a sliced tomato & pepper (yum!) with half of my leftover wrap from last night…

On the side I needed something to crave my sweet tooth so I had a chocolate underground Stonyfield yogurt with some banana Cheerios…

Midafternoon I snacked on a Fiber One Chocolate Mocha bar… I received two of these boxes in the mail to sample and despite the fact that it’s filled with funky chemicals and HFCS, it was REALLY yummy… I love chocolate covered espresso beans and this bar brought me back to those memories of eating them with my dad!

Dinner was quick ‘n easy because I was NON-STOP on a mission to unpack and organize!
Started with salad…

Tomato and mozarella chicken sausage with roasted sweet potatoes topped with cinnamon…

We just went out to go for a run but ran into our neighbors so we turned our run into a quick walk, so now I’m off to shower & get ready for Biggest Loser… I really slacked again on my run (ARGH!!!!!!!!!) but no worries I have it SCHEDULED for tomorrow after work…

OMG L… your new kitchen is so pretty and your pictures are even more gorg.
Don’t worry about running, moving and unpacking and such is such a good workout
you have chocolate mocha fiber one bars?! I haven’t seen those yet!
SWEET POTATO!!!!!!!!!
Great work with all the to dos today! Just moving in can be SO overwhelming!
Your breakfast looks great! I love chocolate covered coffee beans…they are amazing, I have a big bag and I have a few every day.
Glad everything with the move is going well! I know they can be a hassle, but it’s worth it in the end!
I know you know it, but these pics look so great!!!
Yep, Horizons is pretty great. It’s really glitzy at this point, though, so I’ve only gone a couple times for special occasions – it used to be this cute little unassuming cafe in a strip mall in Willow Grove, and I actually liked it a lot better then. But still definitely worth checking out.
Good luck with unpacking and settling in to the new house!
chocolate underground yog?! is that good?!
i still need to try banana cheerios!!!
Hope you guys are hanging in there with the unpacking!! Love Rye bread!
sounds like things are going well!
that chocolate yogurt sounds good
no worries on the slacking- you’ll get back into it!
i can’t believe all the drama on the biggest loser- i am addicted but still- who knew losing weight involved such backstabbing
I’m quite envious of the beautiful sun rays that hit your meals each day! The pics are amazing, as is the new kitchen.
Good luck unpacking! I’m certainly not envious about THAT!

But they looks so pretty in your digs!!

Isn’t it funny how you always “realize” a few more things you need when you walk into Target?
Banana cheerios? Have I had my head under a rock?
That chicken sausage sounds amazing I tried one once and hated it but that one sounds good!
that peanut butter is GLOWING.
but personally i think peanut butter
always has a sort of glow to it. ;]
