cheeburger?
Last week when we were fridgeless we decided to go try a new restaurant called Cheeburger Cheeburger. The restaurant has been in our area for a while but I never thought to try it until we got a coupon in the mail! When I scoped out their menu I was pretty pleased with what I saw because if you were craving some comfort food like a burger (or veggie burger) you can go there and customize your burger with whatever toppings you like (think avocados, artichokes, veggies, etc) and have it on a wrap, bunless, or on top of a salad. Great options!
The atmosphere in there was awesome too. Totally felt like you stepped back into the 50′s with oldies playing and records on the wall ~ too cute!
I ordered the smallest burger they had and had it on a wrap with pickles, tomatoes, onions, salsa, cheddar cheese, and hot sauce. It was SO good and not too heavy. They went really light on the cheese which was a huge plus for me, I’m typically not a huge cheese person as I have said before, so I prefer just a lil bit to satisfy me!

I loved how they topped the wrap with a green olive, too!
Have any of you been here? If so, what did you get? I want to try their milkshakes, next!

Yum! This place seems awesome.
I’ve never stepped foot in one of those for fear of cholesterol penetrating my heart upon entering the door hahahah
Do they have the option to sub a veggie burger for a real one? Most places around here (Charlotte, NC) don’t have that option and I hate it. The toppings sound really good, though!
We have two Cheeburger Cheeburger restaurants around here, but I’ve only gone once. Isaac really takes advantage of all the toppings and piles his burger sky high. As for the milkshakes, I can’t say how good they are because I’ve never had one- but Isaac LOVES them!
It’s all about the presentation isn’t it? Cute and delicious-sounding!
I’ve had their cheeseburgers and they’re very good (I think Fuddruckers are better though).
The shakes are AMAZING!!! So many different combinations. You have to try one!
What a cool place! I love your wrapped up burger
I’ve never been there, but I’ve always wanted to try it… there’s one down the street from me, so I have no excuse!
It kind of sounds like Nifty Fifties… you’ve been there, right? I love that place!
I’ve never been there, but love the name of the place!
Never heard of it, but it sounds great. Love the idea of a wrap burger.
I saw that place when we were up visiting Josh’s parents and have heard good things about it! I love that you can get it on a wrap or salad!
i’ve never heard of that place, but it sounds fun!
I wish we had that! I like the healthified cheeseburger idea b/c i eat healthy but still love my burgers
What a fun way to eat a burger on a wrap like that!
I’m craving a big juicy burger so badly!
I have never heard of that place but looks good to me! I would have never though to throw a burger in a wrap! Good idea!
Cheeburger is my FAVORITE cheeseburger place. The FRINGS are delicious!! Man, I want to go there now.
I’d go there just to check out the 50′s theme, sounds fun!
I love themed restaurants! I’ve never been there before but it sounds like fun!
Sounds like a fun restaurant, I love retro themes!
Yay I am so glad you posted this! I have one near my house and my boyfriend always asks me to go but I thought it was just fatty burgers! I will go now that I see they have healthy options!
We don’t have one of those here, but we have other “make your own burger” places and I LOVE the concept!
this looks so good -artichoke and avocado toppings, yum!
I have only tried their milkshakes. They are TO DIE FOR! I personally recommend the PB&J milkshake. Heaven in a cup.
Happiness Awaits
I have only been there once but loved it when I did. I don’t think I had a milkshake, maybe next time
They have a place like that around here called The Counter and my friend says it’s amazing!
Husband & I were on vacation recently in Sanibel, FL and went to one there (it’s the first). Had the veggie burger and we split a vanilla-reese’s peanut butter cup-banana milkshake. SO good!
I have never heard of this place but I love the concept! I would love to have a hamburger place with such great topping options and putting it on a salad or having it bunless. Thanks for the review!
Im so plain.
entirely
just the photo made me gag
meat, bun, DONE for me
Being a veggie I never thought of going there but they do have quite a few good options!
I totally remember Cheeburger Cheeburger when I lived in Tennessee for boarding school! I never went there but kind of wished I did because that wrap-y burger looks phenom!
LOL on the olive! But hum, I have never heard of them before!!!
I have CheeBurger like 5 minutes from my house, and their milkshakes alone blow my mind!!!
I am so glad you got to try it and found foods you felt ok having!! The atmosphere is awesome and fun and a good way to kinda distract you from stressing over the actual ingredients!
hahhah I’m not a big fan of lots of cheese either!!! Funny it’s called cheeseburger cheeseburger if they don’t give you cheese though. hahaha
I have to say I am not a big fan of olives though…so…blehh.
Gah how i love your pretty pictures!!!
A burger wrap, interesting. I would try it if it was a veggie burger. Maybe I will create my own!
That sounds so cool! I lov ethat you can get in in a wrap or salad! I wish we had somewhere like that around here!
