Return To Health
As you may have read, I’m undergoing a new effort to “Return To Health”… Over the last couple of months, I have lost myself and I have been seriously slacking in terms of living a healthy lifestyle… and I miss it… enough is enough, I’m turning the page, starting anew, and taking it one step at a time… I’m not doing anything drastic, I’m not setting any specific weight loss goals, I’m just focusing on improving myself and becoming a better person both inside and out… If this sounds like something you are interested in, I hope you’ll join along with me… And of course as always, if you have any tips to share with me, feel free to pass them along via email (loveofoats@gmail.com) or twitter (loveofoats)… Remember, fitness is a journey, not a destination… I think this is where I went wrong!
